I love this smoothie because it is so easy to make and takes literally five minutes. I often have this in the morning when time is short. You will have this made and your blender / whisk washed before you can even smother those pancakes in deadly sugary maple syrup.

It’s sweet too so is a good alternative for those looking for an easy way into cutting out unhealthy breakfasts.

Ingredients:

1 glass milk
1 apple
1 banana

You can add more milk, apples or bananas to suit your taste. I like my smoothies thick so I use a half glass of milk.

Peel the apple (if you wish) and banana and cut into chunks. Toss into a jug along with the milk and blend for about sixty seconds.

Job Done.
